Improvements​

Web Client​

Data Model Designer​

  • Changed the Description Format default value to Code Description when creating a new Column or Calculated Field.

View​

  • Changed the label for the position of the Total Row to now display Bottom | Top instead of just Top.
  • Added the Sample Mode feature when creating a View, Dashboard, or Report.

Report​

  • Improved grid display and moved the Split Groups Description feature to the General section in Report Properties.
  • Added two new Dynamic Variables in the Report title for Fiscal Years: Month Description and Last day of the Month. Refer to Report Title for details.
  • For Custom Calcul, it is now possible to choose the symbols for negative values. Previously, negative values showed parentheses in the report and a dash when exporting.

Administration​

  • Added the Is Administrator feature. Refer to Users for details.

Distribution​

  • Improved compatibility with multiple values in the Restriction Editor window when applying a Filter: semi-colons (;) can now separate values in the same way as Global Restrictions. Refer to Restrictions for details.

Excel Add-In​

  • Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) for Excel Add-in.

Data Sync​

User Interface​

  • Replaced the Email field behavior with Username when signing in or resetting password.
  • Added the Username field when registering a new user to allow multiple users with the same email for collaborative work.

Sage 100 (Version 100)

  • New release available.

Sage X3

  • v12 (SQL Server version 101): Added OVENAT and PJMSNPD tables.
  • v11 (SQL Server version 101, Oracle version 105): Added OVENAT table.

Packaging​

  • Improved compatibility with Windows Server 2012 R2 and higher.
  • Improved compatibility with WebDav IIS module: Data Sync can now be installed and used correctly even if WebDav IIS is enabled.

Connections​

  • Added Add date and time to the filename checkbox for Flat File in Destination connection.
  • Added File Extension drop-down (.CSV or .TXT) for Flat File destination.
  • Sage Intacct connector officially released; available in Marketplace.

Extractions​

  • Added Distinct Records feature when previewing data. See Configuring Table Fields.
  • Added Table Description column for Tables, Tables Logs, or running an Extraction.
  • Increased window size for SQL Expression Builder in Tables and Fields pages.
  • Changed behavior regarding Foreign Keys: now ignored when Primary Keys are detected.
  • Incremental Load action is greyed out if Tracking Type is set to None.
  • Changed CSV logo to Flat File logo for Destination connections or Export extractions.

Transformations​

  • Added Delete All feature and renamed labels:
    • Enter old value → Old values
    • Enter new value → New values
  • Added Import values from Source feature when creating a Transformation from Fields. See Configuring Table Fields.
